What is SWE??

The MSU chapter of the Society of Women Engineers is a vibrant group of over 400 women engineering students. Each fall, SWE hosts a national conference. This year’s conference, WE24: Together We Rise, is a three-day event in Chicago. Spanning three days, this premier event provides exceptional opportunities for networking, career development, and connecting with leading industry innovators. Attendees will participate in interactive workshops on leadership and engineering, building valuable relationships and empowering women in the field. Last year, we sent a small group of outstanding MSU students to the annual conference, that was attended by over 20,000 people. This year, we're excited to expand our presence and bring even more students to experience this transformative event!

How You Can Support SWE

Support our mission to empower more MSU students by enabling them to represent our university at this prestigious national event! Sending MSU students to the conference offers three key advantages: (1) it fosters leadership development among our future engineers, (2) it highlights MSU's commitment to advancing women in engineering, and (3) it energizes our local chapter with fresh ideas and inspiration for year-round programming. Join us in making a meaningful impact on our students and our community!

The Impact of Your Generosity

Every $1,000 helps one student attend the conference. By raising $20,000, we can send 20 students to this transformative event! Your support can make a significant difference in their professional journey and elevate MSU's presence at the conference.
